The beautiful Otselic Valley Library is again opening to the community says our new librarian, Ms. Katy Charles!“Welcome back to the Library! I am so glad to be able to bring OV’s library back to the community. It will be open to the public every Tuesday when school is in session, from 3-7 pm. You can get a library card and check out books, use our computer or printer, and participate in special events we’re having throughout the year. Please come in and meet me, and see the new changes to the library. We now have a Makerspace on site, and we will run programming for it throughout the year.”Some of our library’s new features include comfy reading spaces, a Tranquility Room, and wonderful new books. The first of the open library’s special events will be “Calling all knitters and crocheters!” On the third Tuesday of the month beginning September 7 from 6-7 pm,  join other like-minded yarn enthusiasts for time to share ideas and learn new tricks. The Library will be open during the Back to School Kick-off for families with children. On forthcoming Tuesday afternoons and evenings when the library is open to the public, children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a caregiver.
