After that, you must pay full price for a ticket. If you lose your picture pass, it costs $25 to replace it. LESSONS: Lessons are required for beginners for 4 weeks for safety reasons. Other lessons are optional. HOW TO DRESS: Please dress for the weather. Nylon snow/ski pants and a nylon winter jacket work best. Extra gloves or mittens, hats, and something to cover the face should be used every week. Neck warmers or a short scarf also keep students warm, but scarves and long hair must be tucked inside the jacket so it doesn’t get caught in the ski lift apparatus. Layers also work well.
