[EDITED FOR DATE CHANGES] It's time to sign up for After the Bell!Sign up your child for a fun, FREE after-school class to be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:30-4:00, from October 26 through November 16, 2021 (but no school and no After the Bell on Thursday, November 11 for Veterans Day). Printed sign-up forms are going home with students on Friday, September 24, but there is also a digital sign-up form that will also work for those students not in school today.  All families are free to sign up here. [EDITED: The online sign-up form is closed, but you may still contact srichard@ovcs.org to join classes with space available, or get on a waiting list.] Each class is limited and spots will fill up fast, first-come, first served. Students will be added to wait list if classes fill up. Please choose 1st and 2nd choices, making sure to note the eligible grades for each class. ONE STUDENT PER FORM PLEASE. SCHEDULE October 26 October 28 November 2 November 4 November 9 [NO SCHOOL/No After the Bell program on November 11] November 16 (last day of After the Bell) TRANSPORTATION Transportation will be provided to select drop-off points: --North run drop-off points: 16/26 intersection, Coakley Road & North Road, Georgetown School--South run drop-off points: North Pitcher Post Office (26 & Mill Rd), Rt 26 & Kibbe Wilcox Road, County Rt 42 & State Route 23 (South Plymouth), Pigeon Hill Rd & Cookhouse Rd, Beaver Meadow Rd & County Rt 16, Stage Rd & County Rt 16--We can also drop off students IF their address is along the route we are already driving.[We will send a School Messenger email and phone with transportation times once all students are enrolled. You will also be introduced to the basics of running an R P G like Dungeons and Dragons. --CODING WITH DOTS (grades K-3; 10 spots available; Mrs. Muniga) Use your imagination while sequencing, estimating, and problem solving with robot kits! --CREATIVE COOKING (grades 3-7; 10 spots available; Ms. Eaton) Learn some kid-friendly recipes and skills while enjoying some delicious foods. --PICTURE BOOK CLUB (grades K-2; 12 spots available; Mrs. Stoklosa) Explore picture books with culminating crafts, games, and other activities. --MAD SCIENCE (grades 3-6; 15 spots available; Ms. Rizzo) Make slime, bubbles, play dough, oobleck, elephant toothpaste, and much more! --PLAY 60 (grades 2-4; 20 spots available; Mrs. Neal) Focus on getting children to move more than an hour a day to improve their general health, including games such as kickball, volleyball, or P E games --COMMUNITY LIBRARY FUN (grades K-6; 10 spots available; Mrs. Allen)Reading and art fun!
