April 13, 2021 Dear Parents/Guardians: Community Memorial Hospital is coming to our school to perform physicals. We will have days scheduled in April and May for sports physicals. If you have a child in grades 6-11 and they are interested in a sport for next year, please have them sign up for a physical to be given to them. This will be the only time physicals are done this year. The physicals are FREE. If the physicals are done now, it will carry your child through every sports season next year and they will not need to have another physical until the end of the school year next year. We will NOT be doing physicals over the summer or in the fall. I strongly urge all students in grades 6-11 to have a physical now if they think they may play a sport next year.
