Miss Blake is the collector and giver of OV Star Awards, presented to students in appreciation for their unexpected acts of kindness. You can't apply for a Star Award, or even follow a list of activities that will result in recognition. Instead, Star Awards find YOU because small gestures of quiet goodness have been noticed by your teachers. Usually the presentation happens during Morning Program, with assistance by Miss Blake's team of helpers. Because we do not yet meet in large groups, Miss Blake found another way.  Spelled out just as if were gathering together in the MPR, here are the most recent OV Stars from all grades. This student offered to help a friend put away the toys. The OV Star goes to IAN C. This student let her friend borrow her extra pair of boots when they did not have any.
