The Otselic Valley Teachers Association Community Outreach Committee designed and sold No one Fights Alone pink t-shirts as a fundraiser to raise money for breast cancer research. Through giving by faculty and staff, OVTA will be able to donate about $500 to breast cancer research. At Otselic Valley, we will have 2 Pink Out Days: October 22 (B cohort) and October 26 (A cohort, new date!) to give students in both cohorts a chance to participate. Students do NOT have to donate money, but all can join in by wearing any shade of pink. Why? Because nearly every student knows someone who has been affected by cancer. It's good to see that "No one fights alone." Thank you, everyone!
