IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS: 6TH, 7TH, 12TH GRADERS
Before the first day of school, please make sure your 6th, 7th, and 12th graders have their required immunizations.
6th GRADERS
--Tdap, Meningococcal, HPV, flu
7th GRADERS
--One dose of meningococcal vaccine is required. If a student receives that dose as a 6th grader, another dose isn't required until age 16 (or 12th grade).
12TH GRADERS
--Two doses of the meningococcal vaccine are required before starting 12th grade. Students receive their 1st dose when they are younger and are now typically ready for the booster. Teens who received either their 1st or 2nd dose of meningococcal vaccine after turning 16 years old meet this school requirement.
