The Otselic Valley Central School's FFA chapter is stepping up to help those affected by the recent Hurricanes Helene and Milton. FFA members have organized a supply collection drive, encouraging the community to come together to provide much-needed relief for those impacted by the storms.
Donations of essential items can be dropped off at the school's main office during regular business hours. Items needed include non-perishable food items, animal feed (for livestock, dogs, and cats), cleaning supplies, diapers, wipes, toiletries, blankets, sleeping bags, towels, socks, and more.
The FFA will be accepting donations through October 30th, and they invite everyone to contribute whatever they can to help support families and animals in need during this difficult time.
“Our FFA students wanted to take action and support those affected by Hurricane Helene and Milton,” said Andrea Lehmann, Otselic Valley Agriculture and FFA educator. “This supply drive is a way to bring our community together to help those in need.”
